Are You Seeing Job ads paying MINIMUM wage for bookkeepers? (learn how you can earn way more!)

How much money do you make as a bookkeeper? I suggest you charge a high hourly rate as a contract bookkeeper with your own bookkeeping business: $50/70+ per hour. But, many of you message me to say that you still see job postings for bookkeepers that pay way less, $15/per hour or minimum wage. Why is this? The reason is that, historically bookkeepers have been thought of as an entry level position. But, you can educate your potential clients on your VALUE. You can replace the job of multiple people, if they pay you as a contractor they save money (on taxes, benefits, supplies, etc.) and you provide essential services that help them be more productive and profitable.
