How I Use Asana for My Bookkeeping Workflow

This is my favorite way to organize tasks, to-dos, and your bookkeeper workflow.

In an Asana board, I put each client along the top, and then I create a "task" for each month. Then, subtasks show what I need to do for that client for January, February, etc.

Just duplicate and move around the task lists as you need. This is an excellent, free tool for bookkeepers who want to get organized.
